Artech (International Art and
Technology Cooperation Organization) has been established on July 1999
in Tokyo as an NGO, Japan, and registered at Tokyo Metropolitan Government
in January 19, 2000.
We can call 20th century as "the century of science and technology", however, science and technology have more potential for human if they are well balanced with the culture. It is same relation of the hardware to the software. Among many area of the culture, we pick up the "Art". One of the objectives of our "ArTech" is to balance the "Art" and "High technology" in 21st century.
