developed countries and the developing countries, and the discrepancy between them is increasing more and more. The second objectives of ArTech is to make balance between them, which would bring sustainable development of the world.

ArTech plans to cooperate with international organizations, such as the United Nations and its sub organizations including UNU, UNDP, UNESCO, etc. and Governmental organizations such as JICA, and develop new type of high technologies to make balance between the civilization and the culture as
well as between the developed countries and the developing countries. To start with, we set up the Art Center, the Plasma High-Tech Center, Bio-High Tech Center, and Kids Project for the next generation. In future, we plan to add some more centers and also projects.
